We welcome you to come out to Deer Run Golf Course on Monday April 16th, 2019, between 6 & 8pm. This is our Annual Evening get together which will kick off the year for the Ladies League at Deer Run with friendship, refreshments and information for new and former members. Various rules will be explained and you will receive a small token of our appreciation for joining the league. Regular League play will begin on April 29th, 2019. You are welcome to start playing with League Rates as soon as you sign up and Deer Run opens! The League coordinators have established dates, format, etc. for this season. Please check our New Online League Portal as well as the the board weekly for upcoming events!
EARLY REGISTRATION
You may register now online or by mail anytime before April 16th to hold your spot. If registering by mail please include a cheque for $60.00 along with the registration form. If you received this notice through e-mail you may respond through e-mail but we will need payment to confirm your registration. Please fwd or make copies of this letter for new members or anyone who would like to join our league!

LEAGUE CARDS
You will be required to show & swipe your 2019 League Card to receive your Special League Rates, Discounts & Reward Points, otherwise you will be charged the full rate for golf.
REWARD POINTS
Earn Points on League Golf & Cart Fees, as well as Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages throughout the season. Earn 1 point per $1 spent. Redemption available starting at
50 points. Special Bonus Point Days will be offered throughout the Season. *League card required to earn points, non-transferable.
TEAMS
All members are placed on a team. You score points for your team by attending regularly and also for good golf results. You do not have to play with team members, but we encourage you to get to know who is on your team. We have done our best to design a season, which will satisfy the majority of our players. We are always open to suggestions and make changes when we deem them to be in the best interest of the smooth-running of the league and enjoyment of all members.
TEE TIMES
There will be 18 holes designated for the League each week, from 3pm-6pm. Tee Times are needed before 3pm. Closest to the Pin & 50/50 will be available throughout the day. Tee-off times can be made 24/7 online at www.deerrungolfcourse.com You may post your score in the score book or as you golf using the Golf Genius App.
